Card Balance & Amount

  • No Exact Amount Guarantee: We do not guarantee a specific amount, only provide a range
  • Verify Immediately: Check the balance immediately after receiving the card and inform us
  • Valid Cards: All cards are valid at the time we deliver them to you
  • Usage Limit: Some cards may have daily or monthly spending limits

⚠️ NO REFUND POLICY - Very Important

  • Used cards are non-refundable - No refund for any reason once card is used
  • Deposit amount is non-refundable - Any amount added to wallet will not be refunded
  • Wrong card order - No refund if you accidentally order the wrong card
  • After viewing card details - Once card details are revealed, refund is not possible
  • Partial use - No full refund even if card is partially used
  • Change of mind - No refund if you change your mind later

Refund Only Available in These Cases

Only for Invalid Cards: If the card is already invalid, expired, or already used at the time of delivery, we will provide a full refund. However, you must provide proper screenshots and details to prove this. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the card.

Note: Claims of invalid cards after using them or making some transactions are not acceptable.

Your Responsibilities

  • Check Before Ordering: Carefully review card type, amount range, and all details
  • Immediate Verification: Check balance and validity immediately upon receiving the card
  • Secure Storage: Keep card details safe and secure, do not share with anyone
  • Legitimate Use: Use cards only for legal purposes
  • Report Issues: Contact support immediately if any problems arise
  • Screenshot Evidence: Save proper screenshots for any issues

Payment & Wallet Policies

  • Wallet Balance Non-Refundable: Once amount is added to wallet, it will not be refunded under any condition
  • No Cash Withdrawal: Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash
  • Use for Purchase Only: Wallet balance can only be used to purchase cards
  • Minimum Deposit: Minimum ₹2000 for UPI, minimum $25 for Crypto
  • Exchange Rate Fixed: Fixed rate of ₹86 = $1 for UPI deposits
  • Transaction Fees: Some payment methods may have additional fees

These Activities are Strictly Prohibited

  • Reselling cards or selling to third parties
  • Using cards for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the system
  • Providing fake documents or information
  • Filing chargebacks or disputes (instant account ban)
  • Attempting to hack or bypass our service

Account Ban/Suspension Policy

  • Terms Violation: Violating these terms may result in instant account ban
  • Suspicious Activity: Account may be suspended if suspicious activity is detected
  • Chargeback Filing: Filing payment chargebacks or disputes results in permanent ban
  • Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being banned
  • No Refund on Ban: Wallet balance will not be refunded if account is banned
  • Ban Appeal: You can appeal a ban by emailing the support team

Support & Help

  • 24/7 Support Available: Our support team is always available for any issues
  • Response Time: We try to respond to your queries within 1-24 hours
  • Invalid Card Report: Report invalid cards within 24 hours
  • Evidence Required: Proper screenshots and details are required for any claims
  • Investigation Time: Disputes may take 2-5 business days to resolve
  • Final Decision: Support team's decision will be final and binding

Agreement and Acceptance

By using PlasticShark or placing any order, you confirm that:

• You have fully read and understood all these Terms & Rules
• You fully agree to all these conditions
• You understand that wallet deposits and used cards are non-refundable
• You will use cards only for legal purposes
• You will not claim refund of balance if account is banned
• You will accept PlasticShark's final decision in any dispute
